Job Description
Field Service Agent für Kundenbesuche nach Wärmepumpen- und PV-Verkäufen bei Galvanek Energiesysteme. Durchführen von LiDAR-Scans, Drohnenaufnahmen und digitaler Dokumentation in Deutschland.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company on-site after the sales process and build customer trust
- Carry out millimeter-accurate LiDAR scans of customers’ homes
- Conduct drone surveys for PV system planning
- Document results in the app
- Complete post-processing within 36 hours
- Plan appointments independently and group them regionally within a radius of up to 400 km
- Provide customers with a first-class appointment experience after they purchase a heat pump or PV system
Requirements:
- No prior technical experience required
- Strong communication skills and a professional customer-facing manner
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within an operating radius of up to 400 km
- Willingness to work occasional weekends
- Confident using smartphone apps
- Open-minded attitude toward new technologies such as LiDAR and drones
- High level of accuracy and integrity when collecting data
