Job Description

VP of Sales at Cribl expanding presence in APJ region, leading sales strategy and team development.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of the senior sales leadership team. Reporting to the CRO, you will play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy for our APJ markets
  • Inheriting a successful team of 6-10 salespeople, develop, recruit, and lead the team across the region
  • Develop and execute on a business plan to predictably exceed revenue goals
  • Assist in building and developing the sales ecosystem across multiple disciplines, working with leaders cross functionally to accomplish these goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a full APJ sales leadership role building successful sales teams
  • Proven experience predictably delivering against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment
  • Previous experience growing and expanding new territories following early success landing lighthouse customers in the region is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and ramp sales teams
  • Experience with SaaS sales, preferably selling to Security and IT buyers
  • Demonstrated experience teaching and utilizing MEDDIC as a framework for success
  • Experience leading teams with a consistent pipe gen focus
  • A proven background and brand of building with the channel
