Job Description
Virtual LCSW/LPC therapist delivering assessments, treatment, and community resources through Iris Telehealth’s remote behavioral health clinic. Serving patients ages 12+ across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual assessments
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to patients ages 12+
- Connect patients with essential community resources
- Document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records
- Use standardized assessment tools
- Apply diagnostic skills to support high-quality care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Deliver virtual behavioral health care to underserved communities
Requirements:
- Active independent LCSW or LPC license in Texas required
- Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license
- Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 12+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
- Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to use standardized assessment tools
- Ability to document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records
