Job Description
Virtual therapist providing assessments, treatment plans, and therapy to patients ages 12+ through Iris Telehealth’s remote behavioral health clinic. Supporting underserved communities with multidisciplinary care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual assessments
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to patients ages 12+
- Connect patients with community resources
- Document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records
- Use standardized assessment tools and apply strong diagnostic skills
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance access to behavioral health care
- Provide virtual behavioral health care through Iris Telehealth’s Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic
Requirements:
- Active independent LCSW or LPC license in Wisconsin required
- Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license
- Proven experience in therapy, including at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 12+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
- Must have passed the ASWB, NCE, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure
