Job Description

VP leading marketing and communications for Ren, RCF, and AEF. Building brand trust, demand generation, communications, and advisor and donor engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning content, PR, internal communications, paid media, and events
  • Set the team vision, operating rhythm, KPIs, accountability, and operational excellence standards
  • Coach and develop team members and build future marketing leaders
  • Direct agency partners and hold them accountable to outcomes
  • Champion testing, experimentation, AI-enabled content, workflows, and emerging channels
  • Define and own the brand vision and company-wide adoption across Ren, RCF, and AEF
  • Own audience segmentation and integrate content, PR, internal communications, paid media, and events into a coherent brand experience
  • Translate brand strategy into a growth roadmap focused on awareness, advisor and donor preference, and advisor acquisition
  • Lead strategy for the DAF Giving Summit and oversee planning and content teams and vendors
  • Generate demand through nurture, lifecycle, channel mix, paid media, distribution, attribution, and reporting programs
  • Own website content and performance, including SEO, AEO, and AI-driven discovery
  • Develop PR strategy and oversee the PR agency
  • Oversee internal communications

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in marketing and/or brand
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing people
  • Track record building a metrics-driven culture, with an appetite for testing and experimentation
  • Experience developing benchmarks and KPI frameworks that connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Track record leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience influencing complex, multi-stakeholder sales is a strong plus
  • Elite writing and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
