Job Description
VP of Sales leading revenue growth and sales strategies at OpenSpace. Managing a competitive sales team and driving enterprise customer acquisitions with a strong market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy and team across North America
- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion ARR
- Establish strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
- Recruit and develop high-performing sales teams
- Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales management experience
- Proven leadership talent
- Ability to think strategically and execute at the tactical level
- Ability to maintain and expand present client relationships
- A background in selling/leadership in the construction tech space
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
