Job Description

Mortgage VP/Regional Director role at Pinnacle Mortgage Corp supervising loan officer teams. Mentoring, driving sales goals, and ensuring compliance in a competitive mortgage market.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train and mentor a high-performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
  • Monitor team performance metrics, set sales targets and goals aligned with company objectives
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
  • Represent Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. in the local community to enhance brand visibility and reputation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or similar role with a proven track record in sales leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proven track record of driving results
  • Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
