Job Description
On-call technician repairing FreshPure water vending machines at Michigan retail locations. Diagnosing plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues with flexible 1099 scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to on-call dispatches at retail store locations in the local area
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment
- Complete service reports with before-and-after photos at each visit
- Communicate findings and repair status to the NWS home office
- Perform follow-up visits when needed
- Focus on repairs while NWS coordinates with the retail stores
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, including water lines, valves, fittings, and connections
- Hands-on experience with basic electrical systems, including wiring, components, and troubleshooting
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair mechanical equipment
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with camera
- Availability for on-call dispatches in the local area
- No licensing required
