Job Description
Web Content Writer crafting high-impact, search-optimized content for Stewart's real estate services. Collaborates across teams to enhance brand authority and visibility in search engines.
Responsibilities:
- Creates of high-impact, search-optimized, web-first content that drives visibility, engagement, and authority across Google, AI search tools, and emerging generative engines to increase website traffic and AI search visibility.
- Uses exceptional written communication skills to plan, create, and monitor digital content that provides information to strengthen brand authority and performs across SEO, AISO, and GEO environments
- Researches industry & marketing trends and uses insights & information gathered from team and cross-functional collaboration to translate data into readable content designed to perform in terms of AI search, AI summarization, and generative results
- Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline
- Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization
- Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals
- Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents
- Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members
- Individual contributor working with limited oversight
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Requires bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Demonstrated deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and content performance across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and generative discovery platforms.
- Proven experience as a content writer, web writer, or SEO content specialist with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, clarity, and scannability
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or Sitecore, proficiency in data-based research and content optimization tools such as BrightEdge, and tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Semrush, or similar
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
