Job Description
Retention Specialist at Longbridge helping seniors unlock their home equity and ensuring successful loan processing. Collaborating within teams for structuring challenges and maintaining compliance in the loan process.
Responsibilities:
- File structuring and retention to maintain pipeline retention for loans
- Review complex loan scenarios and provide guidance
- Conduct second-level reviews of loans prior to decisions
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams for loan structuring challenges
Requirements:
- DE Underwriter experience
- Reverse mortgage experience
