Job Description
Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling Functional Consultant implementing innovative HR Technology solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize absence and time tracking processes for maximizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in absence, time tracking solutions, and scheduling
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business requirements and translate them into effective configurations.
- Guide the design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support within the human capital management ecosystem.
- Engage in workshops and provide configuration guidance
- Troubleshoot issues and help ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in human capital management software and consulting or relevant practitioner deployment experience.
- 4+ years hands-on experience in absence and time tracking configuration
- Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or related modules.
- 1+ years hands-on experience in scheduling configuration
- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into system configurations.
- Proven track record working on enterprise level HRIS implementations or ongoing support engagements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce management concepts.
- Experience with end-to-end deployments as well as post-go-live stabilization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional project teams and providing training or knowledge transfer.
