Job Description
Academic Success Manager helping health education institutions adopt Elsevier content and e-solutions. Delivering training, driving demand, and supporting product implementation across France and French-speaking markets.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers while protecting the revenue base
- Reveal new opportunities in health workforce education institutions
- Help customers gain value from Elsevier content and platforms through engaging training sessions
- Drive demand for Elsevier e-solutions and content in the French health market and selected French-speaking countries
- Generate e-solutions opportunities and collaborate with the institutional sales team to convert them
- Identify key decision makers and position solutions appropriately
- Build faculty advocacy for Elsevier products and solutions
- Manage onboarding and implementation of Education e-solutions into institutions, particularly with faculty, students, and librarians
- Support usage through face-to-face and online training sessions
- Schedule and conduct product presentations
- Capture customer experience feedback and share it with Content, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams using instructed tools and processes
Requirements:
- Able to work as a team player and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization
- Strong communication and engaging presentation skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role within an academic/education, content, or software organization
- Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Knowledge of educational institution structures and decision-making processes
- Native or near-native fluency in French
- Good command of English
- Ability to speak and write in an engaging manner
- Open to 50% travel
- Must have a driving license
