Job Description
Bookkeeping employee handling financial operations and administrative tasks for STELLA waste trading GmbH. Flexible part-time remote work with an international team.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for bookkeeping
- Prepare bookkeeping records for the tax advisor
- Serve as the primary contact for the tax advisor
- Create outgoing invoices and review incoming and outgoing invoices
- Correspond with suppliers and customers
- Handle payment transactions
- Prepare and analyze KPIs, statistics and reports
- General administrative tasks
- Assist management/executive team with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge in bookkeeping/accounting and a completed commercial (business) vocational qualification or equivalent
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) are essential
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working
- Proficient in MS Office applications
