Job Description

Bookkeeping employee handling financial operations and administrative tasks for STELLA waste trading GmbH. Flexible part-time remote work with an international team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for bookkeeping
  • Prepare bookkeeping records for the tax advisor
  • Serve as the primary contact for the tax advisor
  • Create outgoing invoices and review incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Correspond with suppliers and customers
  • Handle payment transactions
  • Prepare and analyze KPIs, statistics and reports
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assist management/executive team with administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Experience or knowledge in bookkeeping/accounting and a completed commercial (business) vocational qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken) are essential
  • Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
