Job Description
Accounting staff with Backoffice activities at STELLA waste trading GmbH. Responsible for bookkeeping and various supporting tasks in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for bookkeeping
- Prepare accounting records for the tax advisor
- Serve as the contact person for the tax advisor
- Create outgoing invoices and review incoming and outgoing invoices
- Correspond with suppliers and customers
- Manage payment transactions
- Prepare and analyze key figures, statistics and reports
- General administrative tasks
- Assist the management team with various tasks
Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge in accounting
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Italian language skills are an advantage
- Structured and independent working style
- Confident user of MS Office programs
