Job Description
Accounting professionals demonstrating complex QuickBooks workflows in Terac’s paid AI research study. Sharing screens, explaining workarounds, and discussing real-world accounting productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Walk participants through a typical financial workflow via screen share
- Explain the steps taken to complete complex accounting tasks
- Discuss pain points and workarounds within the software interface
- Answer questions about optimizing daily accounting routines
- Demonstrate navigation through QuickBooks to accomplish specific financial tasks
- Highlight areas where the interface helps or hinders productivity
- Discuss real-world accounting software usage during a video interview
Requirements:
- Current accounting professional, bookkeeper, or CPA
- Power user of QuickBooks with extensive hands-on experience
- Practicing accounting professional who relies on QuickBooks daily
- Comfortable joining a remote video call and sharing the screen
- Ability to articulate the reasoning behind workflow choices
- Comfortable demonstrating real-world accounting workflows
- Open to CPA, bookkeeper, staff accountant, or fractional CFO backgrounds
