Job Description

Spécialiste support comptable aidant dirigeants et cabinets sur Pennylane, logiciel français de gestion financière. Résolution des demandes, intégration des données et transmission des retours produit.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product and platform expert for the customer base
  • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms
  • Understand the issues users encounter on a daily basis
  • Investigate requests and provide an answer or solution
  • Escalate issues to the technical teams when necessary
  • Help in-house and accounting-firm accountants import their data into Pennylane and facilitate their migration
  • Learn about the product, the company, and its departments through Pennylane Academy
  • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests
  • Track tickets through to complete resolution
  • Handle increasingly complex customer requests
  • Create and update customer help resources
  • Share accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with colleagues
  • Provide structured feedback to the product teams
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Formal training in accounting (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management)
  • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons
  • Experience working directly with a business owner is a plus
  • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions
  • Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong written communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs and provide excellent service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility in adapting to rapid changes to the platform
  • Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments
  • Must be based in Europe; the employer does not provide visa sponsorship and does not hire outside Europe
