Job Description

Admin/Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant managing invoices, payments and administrative tasks for Angela. Requires Quickbook and Hubspot experience, alongside assisting with reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Sending invoices and collecting payments
  • Following up on missed payments
  • QA of all applicants for Gen 6
  • Creating call lists for incomplete applications
  • Duplicates and bounced clean-up
  • Sending (pre-written) bulk emails from Angela's inbox
  • Helping pull logos for logo slide
  • Assisting with progress reports and final certificates

Requirements:

  • Quickbook experience
  • Hubspot knowledge
  • Ability to send and save contracts through Docu-sign
  • Scheduling meetings skills
