Job Description
AI Assistant role designing and executing AI-powered systems to enhance business processes. Collaborating in a fast-moving environment focused on execution and proactive partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Translate team ideas, briefs, and existing workflows into functional AI-powered systems that support real business operations
- Design, build, test, and refine AI agents and automations using tools such as Claude, Manus, and agent-based workflows
- Own AI system execution end to end, from concept through implementation, iteration, documentation, and handoff
- Automate repetitive lead generation workflows, including brief intake, market research, lead identification, and data organization
- Optimize AI-driven lead generation systems for speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Identify administrative and operational tasks suitable for automation and implement AI-supported solutions to reduce manual workload
- Support leadership in rolling out AI usage across teams by implementing scalable workflows and best practices
- Continuously improve existing AI systems as tools evolve and business needs change, incorporating feedback and performance insights
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with modern AI tools and agent-based workflows
- Deep working knowledge of Claude, Manus, and AI agents or autonomous workflows
- Proven ability to translate abstract ideas and briefs into practical, working AI systems
- Experience automating workflows related to research, lead generation, or administrative operations
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with comfort testing, iterating, and improving implementations
- Independent operator who owns execution with minimal handholding
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to document workflows clearly
- Thrives in action, dislikes indecision, and keeps pace with a fast-moving team
