Job Description

AI and Automation Manager at EY driving AI-driven solutions and managing project teams. Ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable outcomes in AI and automation engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI & Automation projects across multiple clients and industry sectors, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Design and validate solution architectures for AI and automation initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, project budgets, and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions that create tangible value.
  • Implement best practices and governance frameworks for AI deployments, including ethical AI and risk management.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and advanced automation platforms.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and participation in industry forums.
  • Support business development initiatives, including solution demos, proposals, and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale AI projects and leading diverse teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector DB, Graph DB, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in building reusable AI assets and accelerators to scale solutions across engagements.
