Job Description

AI Automation Specialist designing and implementing AI-driven systems for coaching programs. Collaborating closely with the founder to optimize operations and enhance client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI-driven automation systems for multiple coaching programs and modalities
  • Build automated workflows for client intake, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing client management
  • Integrate and orchestrate tools such as Lovable, Claude Code, and other AI/no-code platforms
  • Create scalable operational systems that reduce manual work and improve client experience
  • Act as a strategic systems partner to the founder, advising on how to structure and scale the business
  • Continuously optimize automations based on performance, feedback, and growth goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building AI-powered automations and workflows using no-code or low-code tools
  • No requirement for traditional software engineering or computer science background
  • Experience working closely with founders, executives, or solo operators to build systems from the ground up
  • Familiarity or strong interest in personal development, coaching, or transformational work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, experimental environment
  • Timezone flexibility (candidates based in LATAM or Indonesia are a strong fit)
