Job Description
AI automation specialist building agents, workflows, and outreach systems for a personal financial advisor. Managing award travel, customer calls, prospecting, and executive support remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Design step-by-step AI solutions for business problems, including tool selection, workflow logic, and automation
- Build and maintain AI agents and workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Grok
- Identify manual processes for automation or improvement
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend valuable solutions
- Handle inbound and outbound customer and sales calls
- Follow up with customers and prospects
- Explain technical work and solutions clearly with concrete examples
- Research and plan award travel using points, miles, rewards programs, and transfer partners
- Maximize points value for flights, hotels, and redemptions
- Handle travel arrangements for the client and customers
- Conduct business and company research
- Build and maintain prospect and lead lists
- Set up and run Mixmax email campaigns
- Manage and grow LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram presence
- Manage email and calendar through Google Workspace
- Handle general administrative tasks and maintain organized records
- Keep CRM data tidy
- Provide executive/admin support as the client's right hand
Requirements:
- Proven experience building AI agents and workflows (not just using LLMs), with examples you personally built
- Advanced travel-hacking experience: points/miles, transfer partners, and award travel beyond basic flight and hotel booking
- Experience handling customer or sales calls, inbound and outbound
- Executive/admin support experience, including research, prospecting, and lead list building
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Mixmax (or similar email campaign tools), and social media management (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram)
- Experience building AI agents and automations with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and Grok
- Ability to turn business problems into clear workflow logic and tool selection
- Deep knowledge of points, miles, rewards programs, and award booking
- Research, data organization, and lead generation skills
- Engaging, confident, and persuasive communication; ability to explain technical work clearly
- Proactive, strategic, organized, resourceful, and able to execute independently
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with extended noise-canceling microphone and webcam
- Backup computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Reliable internet connection
- Own computer with Intel Core i5 or similar or higher
- Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm MST
