Job Description
JLL AI transformation leader establishing a global office to implement AI across real estate services. Delivering enterprise-scale savings through platforming and operational optimisation.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead JLLT's AI transformation office
- Partner with business lines globally to identify, shape and implement their AI ambitions
- Stand up and run the Rewire function, defining engagement, prioritisation and delivery governance
- Build and maintain the opportunity pipeline, quantifying benefit cases and sequencing work by value and feasibility
- Lead the Strategy and Design and Automation and AI pillars
- Own benefit realisation and track committed savings from identification through delivery
- Broker and manage the extended delivery model across internal capabilities and external service providers
- Direct transformation team PMO and project management resources
- Act as senior counterpart to business line leadership and executive stakeholders
- Embed AI agents within the Rewire delivery team as working capability
- Represent JLLT's AI transformation agenda internally and with partners and vendors
Requirements:
- 15 or more years leading large scale business transformation, with demonstrable delivery of financial benefit at enterprise scale
- Offshoring or platforming experience, having moved work or process onto a shared or productised model
- Track record implementing AI or technology solutions in an operational business setting
- Fast and agile ways of working, comfortable operating with incomplete information and iterating to an outcome
- Executive stakeholder management, credible with business line leadership and able to influence without direct authority
- Commercial and analytical rigour, able to build and defend a business case and stand behind the numbers
- Ability to work directly with AI agents and incorporate them into a delivery team
- Consulting, strategy or transformation practice background preferred
- Experience in real estate services or comparable global services organisation preferred
- Experience leading matrixed and vendor blended delivery teams preferred
