Job Description
AI systems intern building and shipping features for CrescentRating and HalalTrip. Supporting Supabase data, rapid prototyping, testing, and product design for Muslim travelers.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features end-to-end using AI coding tools, including schema, business logic, and UI design
- Direct AI tools precisely, verify their output, and take ownership of shipped features
- Apply structured design thinking to define problems, users, and constraints before coding
- Support Supabase data development, including schema design, table relationships, and data integrity
- Rapidly prototype internal tools and diagnostics
- Iterate on team feedback and ship thin, useful MVPs
- Test builds, document work clearly, and ensure reliability, reproducibility, and maintainability
Requirements:
- Final semester students or recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Comfortable directing AI coding tools to build real, working features
- Genuine interest in design thinking and product innovation, not just execution
- Basic grasp of how databases work (tables, relationships, foreign keys, data types)
- Self-driven; comfortable owning a task from idea to shipped with light supervision
- Strong command of written and spoken English for daily communication across a remote, globally distributed team
- Prior exposure to Supabase or similar backend platforms (e.g., Firebase, PlanetScale, Neon)
- Experience vibecoding end-to-end products
- Experience using version control (Git) for personal or academic projects
- Exposure to product management concepts — user stories, acceptance criteria, or wireframing tools
- Interest in the Muslim-friendly travel space
