Job Description
AI-first frontend engineer building polished, responsive interfaces for RYZ Labs’ AI-powered startup products. Leveraging React, TypeScript, and AI coding tools in a distributed team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain modern, high-quality frontend applications
- Design and implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces for AI-powered products
- Work closely with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Windsurf in the daily workflow
- Translate product ideas into polished, responsive, and scalable interfaces
- Continuously improve usability, accessibility, and overall product quality
- Collaborate across engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Strong experience building modern frontend applications
- Expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, especially React
- Excellent eye for detail, UI polish, and user experience
- Experience using AI coding tools as a core part of the development workflow
- Familiarity with AI products and LLM-powered applications, including prompting, AI workflows, and integrations
- Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Product-minded approach with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
- Experience building AI-native or AI-enhanced products
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with Figma and collaborating closely with designers
- Experience working in startups or fast-moving product teams
