Job Description
AI video studio intern running growth experiments, analyzing conversion funnels, talking with users, and testing products. Supporting competitive research and urgent operational work at HexCoded.
Responsibilities:
- Run outbound and paid growth and go-to-market experiments end to end, including list building, copywriting, sending campaigns, analyzing results, and stopping ineffective efforts
- Own the funnel from signup to first paid render and identify conversion drop-offs
- Speak with users via calls and chat and report their feedback accurately
- Test products before customer release, document bugs, and advocate for important changes
- Research competing tools, pricing, capabilities, and market positioning
- Handle urgent operational work such as vendors, spreadsheets, hiring pipelines, and launches
Requirements:
- Already use AI tools daily and understand their strengths and limitations
- Have built something with AI tools beyond existing qualifications
- Ability to write some code with assistance from an AI model; engineering background not required
- High agency and ability to close loops independently
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Clear, concise writing
- Prefer speed and experimentation over polish
- Final-year student or 2026 graduate
- Any degree
