Job Description
AI-savvy project and operations manager owning cross-functional projects for a Cyprus-based family office. Driving launches, systems, financial control, marketing oversight, and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Own projects end to end across cosmetics, software, health, and the family office
- Find suppliers, manage communication, chase samples and pricing, review contracts, and make recommendations for product launches
- Turn research into structured comparisons and decisions
- Set up new companies with lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors across several jurisdictions
- Build processes, trackers, controlling dashboards, and automations using AI
- Keep multiple unrelated projects moving in parallel and ensure completion by other people
- Handle financial planning and controlling across companies as the role grows
- Oversee marketing with the founder by reviewing numbers, paid ads, and A/B tests
- Participate in recruiting through outreach, screening, and hiring input as the role grows
- Work directly with company teams on the most pressing priorities each month
- Work Monday to Friday, full-time, fully remotely, within a maximum three-hour difference from CET/EET
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a role requiring independent problem-solving, such as consulting, startup, agency, founding something of your own, or similar
- Exceptional raw problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to negotiate in English
- Daily AI usage and ability to explain actual workflows
- Comfortable with numbers and contracts; able to build comparison sheets and read supplier agreements
- Not a developer, but comfortable running and sanity-checking AI-generated work
- Full-time and exclusive commitment; this will be your only job
- Experience in e-commerce, product launches, or marketing preferred
- Experience sourcing and communicating with international manufacturers preferred
- Previous experience in a startup, family office, or multi-company environment preferred
- German language skills preferred
