Job Description
AI Strategy Lead managing enterprise-aligned AI strategies across business units for an insurance company. Collaborating with leaders to develop AI visions and prioritize value-driven use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to support AI strategy development
- Support articulation of business unit AI vision and value propositions
- Facilitate value-chain analysis to identify AI impact
- Develop structured AI use case portfolios
- Engage with senior business leaders as a strategic thought partner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; advance degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise technology strategy
- Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, capabilities, and real-world business applications
