Job Description
AI Learning Specialist at Macmillan designing impactful AI training programs and facilitating innovative coaching to drive AI adoption. Collaborating on strategic Talent Management initiatives with a focus on AI upskilling.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI training programs for employees and managers
- Deliver engaging AI learning sessions
- Assess and adapt curriculum to emerging technologies
- Develop asynchronous AI-focused learning materials
- Collaborate with AI upskilling team to assess usage and make recommendations
- Facilitate applied use-case sessions
- Provide customized coaching on AI tools
- Partner with leaders for AI workshops
- Conduct exploratory research on potential AI tools
- Collaborate on Talent Management initiatives
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs
- Practical experience with adult learning and instructional design
- Demonstrated expertise in providing effective coaching
- Demonstrated experience in AI upskilling or technology-driven learning
- Proven ability to translate complex technologies into practical learning experiences
- Track record of designing reskilling initiatives tied to business needs
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Background in digital transformation or innovation programs preferred
- Relevant certifications in coaching or training are a plus.
- Understanding of publishing/media industry
