Job Description
Management Consultant evaluating AI-generated strategy responses for Gramian Consultancy. Creating consulting prompts, reference answers, and feedback to improve model reasoning.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems
- Assess the quality, structure, and completeness of model reasoning
- Identify analytical gaps, weak assumptions, and unsupported conclusions
- Write high-quality prompts and realistic consulting scenarios
- Develop clear model answers and reference solutions
- Apply structured consulting frameworks to business problems
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI outputs
- Adapt to evolving project guidelines and evaluation standards
- Maintain a consistently high quality bar across assigned tasks
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional experience at a top management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or a comparable firm
- At least part of that consulting experience must have been within the last 7 years
- Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university
- Strong experience with structured problem solving and business analysis
- Ability to evaluate complex business problems and develop clear recommendations
- Excellent written English
- Currently based in an English-speaking country
