Job Description
AI Transformation Lead managing AI delivery across internal and client programs at Tidal Commerce. Transforming delivery models to integrate AI-driven practices and solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Own and mature AI delivery capability across internal operations and client-facing programs
- Transform Tidal Commerce’s delivery model by embedding AI-driven practices
- Lead AI transformation programs for mid-market and enterprise clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI or advanced data-driven solutions in production at mid-market or enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and applications
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured AI solutions
- Strong client-facing skills, engaging senior stakeholders and executives
