Job Description
Rapid Intelligence Analyst creating concise media briefings and insights for Cision, a global communications intelligence company. Monitoring coverage and supporting clients from the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse large volumes of information and create concise, insightful briefings for clients
- Create multimedia briefings by categorising media coverage, selecting key information, and highlighting important developments or sensitive topics
- Analyse and synthesise complex information into clear, accurate, and valuable client insights
- Monitor media coverage and client monitoring services, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliverables
- Support a portfolio of clients by responding to queries and providing guidance where required
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Fluent French and good written and spoken English skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Humanities, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organised, methodical, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology
- Previous experience in client relations, media monitoring, research, or communications would be an advantage
- Must already be based in the country of employment
- Available to work Monday to Friday during French working hours, with shifts from 3:30 am–11:30 am, 4:00 am–12:00 pm, 4:30 am–12:30 pm, or 5:00 am–1:00 pm UK time
