Job Description
Commissions Analyst ensuring accurate partner payments for Lightspeed’s global commerce platform. Reconciling commission data and improving programs with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships teams.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate and timely calculation of partner commissions
- Ensure all payments are processed correctly and on schedule
- Maintain and track commission data
- Generate reports for internal teams and partners
- Provide regular updates on commission performance and adjustments
- Analyze commission program performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies or disputes
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure fair outcomes
- Use commission management tools and Salesforce to track partner sales performance and ensure accurate commission tracking
- Partner with Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems teams to execute commission programs effectively and comply with policies and contracts
- Contribute to wider team objectives, including work outside the strict scope of the role
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commissions, revenue operations, financial analysis, or data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into meaningful business insights
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A detail-oriented and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable and stable internet connection with a consistent 50 Mbps plan
- Suitable remote working environment, space free from distractions and background noise, with a suitable chair and desk
- Applicants must reside within Greater Metro Manila
- Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines without requiring visa sponsorship
