Job Description
Senior insights analyst leading social-media analytics and reporting for DataEQ, which turns customer-feedback data into enterprise CX and risk insights. Presenting actionable findings and guiding methodology, clients and analyst-team development.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse, segment, visualise and interpret social data using DataEQ’s proprietary software
- Produce monthly, weekly, quarterly and annual reports, typically in PowerPoint format
- Create compelling data stories and actionable insights using core products
- Use AI responsibly to overcome bottlenecks, extract accurate insights and polish reports
- Present report findings to clients
- Develop unique ways to report on DataEQ’s data
- Advise on methodological components of reports and improve existing measures
- Partner with internal DataEQ stakeholders to support wider business objectives
- Collaborate with account directors and clients to develop research briefs
- Consult internally on methodology for business projects and client solutions
- Contribute to management processes, methodology advancement, team development and morale
- Provide insights supporting strategic and operational interventions across customer experience and governance use cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including Social Sciences, Economics, Marketing or Arts
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of social research methods, including probability distributions, causation, variance, sampling and social statistics
- Strong track record of working under pressure to deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and communicate trends
- Understanding of and interest in data visualisation and storytelling
- Curiosity and drive to understand and explain real-world phenomena and trends
- Ability to present to senior-level stakeholders
- Experience in managing people
- Previous experience writing reports for corporations is an advantage
- Previous experience in a corporate or related field is highly advantageous, but not required
- Self-starter who works collaboratively
- Ability to manage time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn quickly
