Job Description
Application Developer configuring Dynamics365, Power Platform, and CRM integrations for MTSI, an employee-owned engineering services company. Supporting relationship management reporting and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Dynamics365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules, including Customer Insights Journeys
- Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages and Power Apps portals
- Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Use Power Platform tools for integrations, custom workflows, and automation
- Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems
- Assist with PowerBI reports and dashboards for relationship management business intelligence
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions with stakeholders and technical leadership
- Maintain and follow the corporate relationship management change-management process
- Provide training and documentation for end users
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align relationship management with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM
- Demonstrated expertise in API architecture and integration patterns
- Ability to consume, orchestrate, and expose Microsoft Dynamics data across application ecosystems
- Proficiency in CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and customization
- Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse
- Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred
- Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required
- Must have the ability to obtain Secret clearance
- US Citizenship required
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with employees and customers
