Job Description
TGA Consultant developing sustainable building-services concepts for Drees & Sommer. Evaluating HKLS and electrical plans while leading planning meetings and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sustainable, innovative concepts and solutions for new-build and refurbishment projects, such as cost-effective design specifications or system designs
- Conduct holistic evaluations of electrical engineering or building-services design plans
- Identify gaps in design documentation and interfaces
- Identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead design coordination meetings
- Monitor quality and develop solution-oriented ideas
- Demonstrate added value for users, investors, operators, and planners
- Contribute to Smart Building, BIM, Lean, and other innovative service areas
- Take responsibility for projects and subject areas
- Act as the interface between clients, project managers, and the design team
Requirements:
- Completed technical education (at least HTL level; preferably a university of applied sciences degree or university degree) specializing in HVAC, building services engineering, or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in a project management role in the area described above
- Knowledge of relevant standards, laws, and guidelines
- Preferred: experience managing large-scale projects and providing technical leadership to project team members
- Excellent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Strong interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environmental protection, and sustainability
- Interest in international projects, particularly in the DACH and CEE regions
- Solution-oriented negotiation skills, along with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
