Job Description
macOS Sonoma expert applying real-world desktop expertise to Mercor projects. Training and enhancing frontier AI systems alongside leading researchers.
Responsibilities:
- Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
- Apply hands-on expertise using macOS Sonoma 14.5, including Finder, System Settings, window and Space management, and bundled applications
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Help shape the next generation of AI systems
- Complete project work on an independent schedule
- Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
Requirements:
- Must already be running macOS Sonoma 14.5 as your own day-to-day desktop operating system
- Must be able to work in macOS Sonoma 14.5 today
- Must provide your own software licenses, virtual machines, and hardware; Mercor does not provide them
- Must be able to capture screenshots with more than 2.5 megapixels
- Must satisfy the display requirement through either one qualified high-resolution monitor or two side-by-side 1920×1080+ monitors captured as a single spanning image
- Must be an independent contractor
- H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
