Job Description
Applications Analyst II aligning technology solutions with business strategies at Boston Medical Center. Identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions and collaborating with teams.
Responsibilities:
- Align technology solutions with business strategies
- Identify opportunities to apply technologies to business processes
- Inform and advise customers on information system technologies' functionality
- Serve as technical liaison and broker of services with vendors
- Maintain credibility and effective working relations with management and IT personnel
Requirements:
- Associate's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience)
- At least 2+ years relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts
- Understanding of project management concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- If no active Epic certification, completion of Epic's proficiency program within 6 weeks
