Job Description
Architect managing design and execution of architectural projects at Scalta Arquitectura. Overseeing all phases from design to construction and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Ejecutar todas las fases tanto de diseño como técnicas
- Evaluar y analizar las parcelas de nuevos proyectos
- Investigar y comprender las normativas de construcción locales y regionales
- Desarrollar los primeros planos e incorporar preferencias del cliente
- Crear infografías 3D realistas para visualizar el diseño propuesto
- Elaborar el proyecto de ejecución completo
- Coordinar trámites con los Colegios de Arquitectos y Ayuntamientos
- Gestionar la obtención de todos los permisos necesarios
- Seguimiento a la ejecución de la obra
Requirements:
- Experiencia mínima demostrable de 3 años
- Residencia demostrable en un radio aproximado de 100 km hasta Tres Cantos
- Coche propio: Necesario
