Job Description
Call center sales agent at Partner Service contacting clients for mobile plan upgrades. Responsible for offering additional lines and benefits to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contactar a clientes con el fin de aumentar su plan Móvil, ofrecer línea adicional o portabilidad.
- Ofrecer mejores beneficios y ofertas para que puedan aumentar su plan móvil y brindar líneas adicionales.
Requirements:
- Con experiencia 3 meses como mínimo en Ventas Call Center
- Contar con PC / Laptop
- Sistema Operativo Windows 10 a 11
- Procesador Core i3 de 5ta generación o equivalentes en adelante.
- Memoria 8gb RAM mínimo.
- Internet Cableado min. 50 de velocidad.
- Audífono con entrada de USB
- Cámara encendida en capacitación (Obligatorio)
- Conocimiento básico Office.
Benefits:
