Job Description
Associate Attorney specializing in business immigration law at WR Immigration. Analyzing client needs and managing non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions while ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and communicating options to address clients’ business immigration needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate lines of communications with clients both during and after the application process to provide support with immigration program management and compliance
- Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure that applications are prepared and filed correctly
- Maintaining accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases
- Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process
Requirements:
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- At least 5 years of business immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of a variety of case types, covering NIV (including specific experience with simple and complex L visas and with E-2 Treaty Investor visas), PERM, and other IV case types.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organization skills
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
