Job Description
Associate General Counsel responsible for managing healthcare legal issues in a rapidly growing healthtech company. Offering expertise and strategic partnerships to drive business interests.
Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic partner across Stedi using legal expertise
- Handle all of Stedi's legal needs closely with the Head of Legal
- Own customer contracting from first redline through signature
- Drive payer trading partner agreements to close quickly
- Serve as Product Counsel for engineers and PMs
- Improve, expand, and automate playbooks and workflows
Requirements:
- Bar-admitted attorney
- Healthcare experience through BigLaw or in-house
- Ability to explain complex issues in plain language
- Strong writing and communication skills
- High-volume work capability with shifting priorities
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and design scalable processes
- Business acumen in blending legal rigor with strategic persuasion
- Resourcefulness and professionalism
