Job Description
Ehrenamtliche Leitung Recht bei der Bundesverbraucherhilfe e.V., Deutschlands Verbraucherhilfeorganisation. Beratung des Präsidiums und Verantwortung für Satzung, Verträge und Stellungnahmen.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to the Executive Board and specialist departments on association matters
- Take responsibility for the articles of association, regulations, and draft resolutions
- Provide legal support for statements submitted during legislative proceedings
- Review contracts, partnerships, and publications
- Coordinate academic support and the handling of consumer complaints
- Coordinate with external legal counsel where necessary
- Provide ongoing legal support to the association and ensure the quality of its regulations and official statements
Requirements:
- Legal training, ideally including the Second State Examination or professional admission to practice
- Experience in association law, civil law, or public law
- Precise and comprehensible written and verbal communication
- Sound judgment, including on politically sensitive issues
- Reliable adherence to deadlines
