Job Description
Associate GTM Engineer building APIs, automation, and internal applications for LeanTaaS’s AI-powered hospital operations software. Improving revenue workflows through pipelines, integrations, and engineering standards.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale automated, reliable, documented data pipelines for analytics, legal, and commissions
- Integrate CRM, billing, and finance systems using APIs, data pipelines, and reconciliation logic
- Deploy containerized AWS services and build internal applications supporting deal desk, quoting, enablement, and sales operations
- Automate lead enrichment, data hygiene, quota adjustments, and other recurring tasks
- Establish version control, testing, error handling, monitoring, and other engineering standards
- Maintain and optimize handoffs between Sales, Implementation, Contracting, Legal, and Finance
- Troubleshoot data issues, pipeline failures, and system edge cases
- Document architecture, assumptions, and runbooks; cross-train team members
- Gather requirements, demo builds, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business needs into technical solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 0–2 years of professional software experience
- Working fluency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Comfort with SQL and relational data models
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, and error handling
- Familiarity with version control and exposure to deployment environments, containers, CI, logging, or monitoring
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot
- Demonstrable interest in sales, revenue, pricing, or growth
- Genuine interest in healthcare operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Bonus: Salesforce or HubSpot experience, Revenue Operations knowledge, iPaaS automation, data engineering/analytics, GTM tooling, DevOps, or generative AI development
