Job Description
Associate Project Manager leading projects in ABB's Electrification Smart Power Division. Overseeing project lifecycle, managing financials, and serving as customer point of contact.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of small projects
- Manage all related activities in accordance with procedures and standards
- Define and apply project scheduling techniques
- Serve as the point of contact for customers during projects
- Oversee project lifecycle from planning to execution
- Manage project financials including budget tracking and forecasting
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts
- Implement risk management strategies
- Track project progress and report updates to leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering with 5+ years relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 years in Project Management
- Associates Degree in Technology with equivalent years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in project management within related field
- PMP certification is a plus
- 20% travel expected
- Candidates must have work authorization to work for ABB in the US
