Job Description
Project Manager overseeing cross-functional projects for rare disease trials in ophthalmology, psychiatric, and neurological fields. Leading team delivery while managing customer expectations and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and organization
- Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally
- Accountable for overall delivery of the cross-functional project
- Establish and manage customer expectations
- Drive risk identification and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Technical and systems competency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to delegate and prioritize workload
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Advanced therapeutic area knowledge and clinical development guidelines
