Job Description
Associate role in Strategy and Operations focusing on product and quality strategy for logistics at DoorDash. Involves monitoring service quality and performing business analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the product and quality strategy for one of the newest business lines
- Become an expert about product, operations, and Merchants
- Monitor service quality and provide recommendations to optimize service offerings
- Perform comprehensive analysis and make recommendations about business strategy to help DoorDash disrupt a new industry
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in eCommerce and/or logistics
- Strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams
- Organized and appreciates the importance of following process and thorough documentation
- Curious about the business and how things work; asks great questions and is not afraid to challenge the status quo
