Job Description
Supervisor de Operações coordenando projetos, processos e qualidade de IA pré-contrato. QuintoAndar simplifica jornadas de aluguel, compra e venda de imóveis na América Latina.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central tracking and governance hub, with a PMO-focused profile, for AI solution development, process design, training, and quality initiatives in pre-contract operations
- Orchestrate deliverables, timelines, and priorities among technical analysts and various company stakeholders
- Track the team’s daily delivery and product schedule across approximately four-week cycles, ensuring predictability and quality
- Monitor Jira daily, assigning tickets to the responsible analysts and directing workflows
- Lead weekly team meetings to assess progress, identify risks, and address operational bottlenecks
- Understand requests from stakeholder teams and map the required requirements and access permissions
- Present final deliverables to stakeholders
- Apply quality tools to calibrate outputs with their creators and ensure that solutions meet operational expectations
Requirements:
- Strong experience in project management and/or PMO-style roles
- Practical proficiency in Kanban
- Proficiency with project management tools, including Jira
- Proficiency in quality management methodologies and tools, including 5W2H, Ishikawa, root cause analysis, and the GUT matrix
- Advanced knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Experience with or familiarity with Artificial Intelligence projects, including Gemini or Claude, in operational environments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tactfully negotiate timelines and scope with stakeholders
