Job Description
Providing customer support via phone for telecommunications services. Requires home office setup and prior call center experience.
Responsibilities:
- Atender las dudas/consultas que los clientes realicen mediante llamada.
- Brindando una adecuada información y ayuda inmediata al cliente.
Requirements:
- Contar con laptop o pc para trabajar REMOTO
- Cámara Web (2 megapíxeles mínimo)
- Internet 50 MBPS CABLEADO (INDISPENSABLE)
- C/S Experiencia en CALL CENTER ATC (telecomunicaciones, seguros, fibra óptica, dúos, tríos, etc.)
