Job Description
Azure AI Engineer focusing on practical implementation of AI solutions within Microsoft ecosystem. Collaborate in developing user-centric AI and cloud solutions with measurable benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of Azure AI and Copilot solutions based on Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search and Copilot Studio
- Technical integration of Copilot Studio into Microsoft 365, Power Platform or custom applications
- Building RAG scenarios, knowledge bases and AI workflows to leverage enterprise data in chatbots or digital assistants
- Developing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs and automations to connect external systems
- Creating MVPs and quick-win solutions that rapidly deliver real value
Requirements:
- Several years of development experience with Microsoft Azure / M365
- Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services or Copilot Studio
- Programming skills in Python, C# or TypeScript
- Understanding of AI architectures, data flows, RAG concepts and generative AI
- Interest in LLMs, prompt engineering and integrating company-specific knowledge into AI systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content clearly and practically
- Certifications such as AI-102, AZ-204, AZ-305 or PL-400 are a plus
- Excellent German language skills (C1)
