Job Description
Gerente de Projetos Estruturantes B2B liderando iniciativas estratégicas no Grupo Boticário. Foco em projetos de ponta a ponta envolvendo Negócios, Finanças e Tecnologia.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a leader for Grupo Boticário’s B2B team, responsible for leading high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Your primary mission will be to lead projects end-to-end, participating in solution design and acting as the link between Business, Finance and Technology, ensuring operational efficiency and data intelligence to support channel growth.
Requirements:
- Process Mapping: Experience in designing and optimizing business flows (BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma).
- Project Management: Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional approaches (PMI).
- Data Culture: Knowledge of data structuring/governance and analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Financial and B2B Perspective: Understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of the FMCG market. Basic corporate finance knowledge.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems with logical and pragmatic solutions.
- Communication and Influence: Skill in engaging and mobilizing cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance and Commercial).
- Team Management: Experience managing teams in managerial roles.
